Paint Systems 

A variety of paint systems are available for the large number of applications of painted aluminium. New coating systems are constantly under development in cooperation with and to the benefit of our customers.

Polyester paints
● Polyester primer and Polyester finishing coat
● Layering 16 µm (depending on colour and application)
● Excellent ductility
● Extensive colour range, high degree of gloss
● Limited durability regarding UV and weathering

PVDF paints
● Excellent weathering and UV properties
● Very good colour and gloss durability
● Very good corrosion and chemical resistance
● Very good ductility
● Twin coat system (uniform colours) consisting of primer and finishing layers.
● Layering thickness approx. 26 µm. (Kynar 500 PVDF resin)
● Degree of gloss (60° measuring angle): approx. 20 units (Gardner)

Epoxy-paints
